Waqar Ishaq received the B.Sc Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering Peshawar, Pakistan in 1999, M.S degree in the telecommunication from the George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA in 2003 and PhD in Computer Engineering from the Kadir Has University, Istanbul, Turkeyi in 2021. Experienced machine learning expert, data scientist, researcher, academician and project supervisor with expertise guiding different teams to model and deliver profitable and impactful results. An accomplished academician and researcher with over 22 years of experience in areas of Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Artificial Neural Networks Data Science, Satellite and Digital Communication with Networking.
